| Adult biology: | Found over shell-gravel and coarse sand bottoms (Ref. 6450). Minimum depth from Ref. 122877. | |||
| Diagnosis: | At 5mm: 8 dorsal (for several specimens however, only 2/3) chromatophores on the body at equal distances. Ventrally of the intestine 4-5 chromatophores and 2-3 from the anus to the caudal region. The anus do not reach the primordial fin. . See also LARVAE table. | |||
