Distribution:  North America: known only from the upper Green and Gasper River (Barren River tributary) systems in Kentucky in the USA.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits rocky pools and adjacent riffles of creeks and small rivers (Ref. 5723).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 18 January 2012 Ref. (130435)
