| Biology: | Lives in upper and middle layers of water bodies and dwells mainly in the deep parts of lakes (Ref. 45563). Feeds on plankton (Ref. 33508) and algae (Ref. 45563). Spawning period is from April to September, peak in May and June (Ref. 45563). | |||
