Environment:  demersal; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in hill streams (Ref. 4832) and mainstream rivers (Ref. 58784). A carnivorous species which feeds on insect larvae and benthic organisms (Ref. 58784).
IUCN Red List Status: Vulnerable (VU); Date assessed: 06 October 2009 (A2cd) Ref. (130435)
