Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 0 - 2 m
Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean: from Egypt, Suez, south to northern Durban South Africa and east to Pakistan. Migrated to the Mediterranean through the Suez Canal (Ref. 5385, 93646).
