Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; pH range: 6.5
Distribution:  Africa: endemic to Cameroon, occuring in the Kienke River system (Ref. 76820).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Type locality is a small creek, about 1.5 m wide and 0.5 m deep; bottom is composed of sand and gravel with leaves and submersed wood, shaded by the forest (Ref. 76820).
